Do I need to download an app?
No. RentReady works entirely in your web browser — on your phone, tablet, or desktop. Just log in and start inspecting. No app store, no installation.
Are the reports legally binding?
Yes. On the Professional and Enterprise plans, reports include timestamped digital signatures from both parties. These are accepted as evidence in security deposit disputes and landlord-tenant proceedings.
Can I use it for snagging and new build inspections?
Absolutely. RentReady supports multiple inspection types including move-in, move-out, routine checks, and snagging inspections. Builders use it to create punch lists and handover reports.
How long does an inspection take?
Most inspections take 5–15 minutes depending on the property size. The app walks you through room by room — just tap condition ratings, snap photos, and add notes. The PDF report is generated instantly when you’re done.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
