These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the RentReady property inspection application at and the marketing website at (collectively, the “Service” ), operated by Golden Mark Corp, doing business as Markcorp (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

2. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for:
Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
All activity that occurs under your account
Notifying us immediately at if you suspect unauthorized access
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Description of Service

RentReady is a web-based property inspection tool that allows landlords, property managers, and inspectors to:
Create and manage property records
Conduct room-by-room inspections with condition ratings
Capture and upload photographs during inspections
Add inspection notes via keyboard or voice-to-text dictation
Generate and share inspection reports with digital signatures
The Service is provided as a software-as-a-service (SaaS) product accessible through supported web browsers.

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

4.1 Plans

The Service is offered under the following plans:

4.2 Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

4.3 Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:
Your paid features remain active until the end of the current billing period.
Your account will revert to the Starter (free) plan at the end of the billing period.
Your data will be retained and accessible under Starter plan limits.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact for refund requests.

4.4 Plan Limits

Free (Starter) plan accounts are subject to usage limits, including a maximum number of properties and inspections per month. If you exceed these limits, you will be prompted to upgrade to a paid plan. We will not delete your existing data if you exceed limits, but you may be unable to create new inspections or properties until you upgrade or a new billing cycle begins.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:
Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
Upload content that is defamatory, obscene, fraudulent, or harmful
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the Service
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
Upload files containing malware, viruses, or malicious code
Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or entity
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of this section without prior notice.

6. Your Content

6.1 Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you upload or create through the Service, including property data, photographs, inspection notes, and reports (“Your Content”).

6.2 License to Us

By uploading Your Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, display, and transmit Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We will not use Your Content for any other purpose without your consent.

6.3 Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of Your Content. We do not review, verify, or endorse any inspection data, condition ratings, or reports generated through the Service.

7. Inspection Reports Disclaimer

Inspection reports generated by RentReady are tools to assist with property documentation. They are not substitutes for professional property inspections, appraisals, or legal assessments. We make no representations or warranties regarding the legal sufficiency of any report generated through the Service. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of inspection reports complies with applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations.

8. Voice-to-Text Feature

The voice-to-text feature uses your device’s built-in speech recognition capabilities (Web Speech API). Audio is processed locally by your browser. We do not record, transmit, or store voice audio. Only the resulting text transcription is saved. Accuracy of transcription depends on your device, browser, microphone quality, and ambient conditions. You are responsible for reviewing and correcting any transcribed text before finalizing inspection records.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, logos, trademarks, and documentation, is owned by Golden Mark Corp and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or branding without prior written consent.

10. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services including Stripe (payments) and Cloudflare (content delivery and security). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.

11. Availability and Modifications

We strive to maintain the Service’s availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:
The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
In no event shall Golden Mark Corp, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Golden Mark Corp and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

15. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination:
Your right to access the Service ceases immediately.
We may delete your account data after 30 days, unless retention is required by law.
Sections 6, 7, 12, 13, and 14 shall survive termination.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date at the top. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice within the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
